Our staff has combined experience in excess of 100 years in CTI. We have implemented CTI solutions for many large corporations specifically automating their call center operations. The work we have done for many years gives us a very strong orientation when working with mission critical applications. What we've done

We have survived the tech bubble and invested in developing an entirely new product line that leverages our intellectual property.  We have embraced the most advanced technical innovations that are changing the industry landscape such as IP Telephony (SIP), standards-based software engineering (Linux, XML, SIP etc.), most of which is based on open source, and web 2.0 rich internet applications (with LiveTouch FlexCC client application software).
